NON has contributed comments to the “Iwate Prefecture 150th Anniversary” website.
In January 2022, Iwate Prefecture celebrated the 150th anniversary of its name change from “Morioka Prefecture” to “Iwate Prefecture” on January 8, 1872.
The year 2026 also marks the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the prefectural area in 1876.
Iwate Prefecture has positioned the period from fiscal year 2010 to 2026 as the “150th Anniversary Commemoration Period,” and will hold various events and activities.
NON has contributed a comment to the commemorative website.
The commemorative website includes video content and feature articles looking back on Iwate Prefecture's 150 years of history, as well as many warm messages from people with connections to Iwate Prefecture.
Please take a look.
