I am shocked to receive this amazing award. I am so happy and I am still in a state of excitement.

He is a great film director, an amazing actor, and the husband of Nobuko Miyamoto, who I had the pleasure of working with on “Amachan”... It is truly a dream come true for me, a young person, to receive an award named after Juzo Itami, whom I admire so much.
