The new episode of the Netflix series “Pokémon Concierge,” featuring NON as the voice of protagonist Haru, will premiere exclusively worldwide on Thursday, September 4! The trailer and key art have also been released.

 

The new episodes (Episodes 5-8, all 4 episodes) of the stop-motion animation Netflix series “Pokémon Concierge” will be exclusively streamed worldwide starting Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Set on the southern island “Pokémon Resort,” where Pokémon visit as guests, this heartwarming story follows Haru (voiced by Non) and her partner Kodak as they work as rookie concierges, growing through their interactions with Pokémon.

Alongside the release date announcement, a refreshing key art evoking the resort atmosphere, a trailer, and scene photos have been unveiled.

The trailer offers glimpses of lively scenes featuring not only Haru and Psyduck alongside familiar faces, but also newly introduced, distinctive Pokémon like Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, and Arcanine, hinting at dramatic twists.

Additionally, it was announced that Keita Machida will voice Kent, a young man who appears to be Hal's ex-boyfriend, and Kazuhiro Yamaji will voice Dan, a veteran sailor who has been with Sealeo for many years. Furthermore, the theme song is a new song written specifically for this film by Tatsuro Yamashita, titled “Onomatopoeia ISLAND.”
