The music video for “Meiwaku na Rinjin” from NON's 3rd full album “Renarrate” will premiere tomorrow, Thursday, September 18th at 8:00 PM on the NON OFFICIAL YouTube channel!
“Meiwaku na Rinjin” is a pop rock number written and composed by NON, arranged by Takahiro Shibata (Wasureran ne-yo), and based on NON's real-life experiences.
Following “Film no Hikari,” the MV director is Takumi Gunji. It delightfully depicts the “battles with neighbors” that everyone has likely experienced at least once.

This time, I tried making a fun, noisy song based on everyday battles.
Have you ever been bothered by noise from your neighbors, or conversely, caused trouble for them?
I've been annoyed by neighbors before, and I remember being the one causing trouble too.
There are times when you just can't hold back your feelings inside your room, right?
And sometimes you get so frustrated you think about putting up a notice.
This MV is all about blowing away that frustration and letting your feelings out.
I play both roles: the annoying neighbor and the neighbor being annoyed.
Somehow, you can relate to both sides.
Thanks to Shibata-san's arrangement, it's a lighthearted rock track—the kind you want to sing along to at the top of your lungs.
Everyone, let's make some noise together—while keeping an eye on the neighbors.
Director Takumi Gunji's Comment
In an era where people are overly conscious of others' eyes, I think this song gives us the courage to just act as our hearts tell us to.
In real life, she'd probably be a total nuisance, but somehow you can't help but like her.
We had Non-san play this pop, slightly troublesome neighbor.
The serious neighbor who's annoyed by her is also played by Non-san.
Including playing two roles, Non-san really showed us a wide range of expressions, and we also packed the room with little details.
We'd be delighted if you could watch it multiple times.

“Renarrate” is an album that distills the rock music flowing from NON herself, marking the first time she composed half the tracks and wrote lyrics for all 10 songs. Featuring artists who have shaped NON's music throughout her career—Kei Higuchi on composition, lyrics, and arrangement; Ai Higuchi on lyrics; and Takahiro Shibata (Wakaran ney-o) on arrangement—this album achieves a more personal and densely layered sound.
The album tour “NON Renarrate tour 2025” kicked off recently in Fukuoka, continues to Osaka on 9/19 (Fri), Sendai on 9/21 (Sun), and culminates in Tokyo on 9/23 (Tue, Holiday).
Tickets for the Tokyo and Fukuoka shows sold out immediately upon general release, and only a few seats remain for the final two cities. This tour, visiting four locations nationwide, offers a chance to fully experience “NON's rock” as she returns to her roots with this album. Don't miss it!
The album, released on September 3rd, is available in a standard edition. Additionally, the official NON fan club “NON KNOCK” is selling a special limited edition LP-sized big jacket version featuring a different jacket cut, exclusively for members.
