NON participated in the “18th My navi Women's Open Queen's Inauguration Ceremony”.

On July 17 (Thu), the “18th Mynavi Women's Open Queen Inauguration Ceremony” was held in Tokyo, and NON took the stage as a guest.

She presented a bouquet to Queen Kana Fukuma, who regained the title for the first time in 12 terms, and gave a speech related to her thoughts on Shogi and the drama.

Queen Fukuma continued to play Shogi while going through pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, and has once again regained the title of queen.

In the ABEMA original drama “MISS KING,” Asuka, the main character played by NON, is the first woman in history to become a shogi player.
In the drama, Asuka's specialty is “Furi-Bisha”. There was a scene where Asuka and Queen Fukuma, who is a genuine furi-shi player, were excited to see each other.

During the conversation, NON asked, "Is there a moment when you don't want to touch the pieces?" Queen Fukuma immediately answered, "I love Shogi so much that I have never felt that way". NON was impressed by her graceful answer, and the audience gave her a big round of applause.
