In the newly released video for “Kanako’s Happy Career Advice!,” NON—who plays Kanako, a character who switched jobs from a “black company” to the “white” hitman agency “Smile Agency”—and Aoi Morikawa, who plays Ado—a former Smile Agency employee who left to become a freelance hitman and is now making a big splash—answer “work-related worries” submitted in advance via social media.

“I think work-related worries are endless, so I want to address them one by one!” NON declared enthusiastically, as a steady stream of real-life concerns from office workers poured in, such as, “I’m bad at talking to people. Is it easier to just use stock phrases like Senior Sakurai does?”
As the two racked their brains over “This one’s tough,” Morikawa offered practical advice like, “Think of what to say while you’re nodding along,” while NON came up with answers from unexpected angles, prompting Morikawa to quip, “What do you mean by that!? (lol).”

Furthermore, they tackle concerns that any office worker would instinctively relate to—such as “I’m so annoyed by that senior who just sits there waiting for me to say, ‘What’s up?’ I just want to shoot them!” and “How should I communicate with the handsome junior sitting next to me?”—from their unique perspectives.
