Non will be participating as a guest in the event 'Fukushima Hamadori Visual and Arts Culture Project \u00d7 Tokyo International Film Festival Special Talk Session,' part of the 36th Tokyo International Film Festival.<\/p>\n

The 'Fukushima Hamadori Visual and Arts Culture Project (Hamakaru)' by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry aims to create new charm in the Hamadori region of Fukushima Prefecture. This year, initiatives such as Artist in Residence programs, the establishment of a film commission, and film screenings in Hamadori scheduled for January next year have been announced, marking a significant step forward for the project.<\/p>\n

In this event within the Tokyo International Film Festival 2023, a talk session about Fukushima-originated film production will take place. Non, who has expanded her career not only as an actor but also as a film director, will be part of the session. She has produced the film 'Ochi wo Tsukenanase' as part of the same Artist in Residence program implemented by Hamakaru.<\/p>\n

Joining other speakers including director Kazuto Inudo and special guest director Yoichi Sai, the session will explore creative discussions about town development using art and culture, as well as the approach to filmmaking and other artistic productions.
