The movie \u201cSakananoko\uff08The Fish Tale\uff09,\u201d starring NON and winner of the 46th Japan Academy Prize for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role, will be broadcast on terrestrial television for the first time! It will be broadcast on NHK E-television from 14:30 on July 20 (Sat). Based on Sakanakun's first autobiographical essay. The main character, Me-bo, who is single-mindedly devoted to what he loves and has a mysterious charm that makes the people around him happy, is played by NON, transcending gender boundaries. The film also features a cast of talented actors, including Haruka Igawa as the mother who believes in Me-bo and continues to support his individuality, Yuya Yagira as his childhood friend Hiyo, Hayaro Isomura and Amane Okayama as delinquents, and Kaho as Momoko, a character original to the film!
