The "ehatobe" in the logo is the name of the Iwate Prefecture Emigration and Settling Portal Site, an official website operated by Iwate Prefecture that provides information on the charms of living in Iwate, including emigration support systems, events, and the voices of senior emigrants, to those considering a U- or I-turn to Iwate.
The catchphrase, "Join the IHATO club! Fan Meeting" is filled with the desire to gather many people who love Iwate Prefecture through this event.
