NON attended the production announcement event for “Tokyo Middle 30.”

A preview screening of the first episode and a production announcement for the Fuji TV drama series “Tokyo middle 30,” which premieres Wednesday, July 22, at 10:00 p.m., were held at Fuji TV headquarters, where NON took the stage alongside her co-stars Riisa Naka and Mai Fukagawa.
This series is a Japanese remake of a blockbuster Chinese drama.
It is a romantic drama that follows three women who moved to Tokyo in pursuit of their dreams as they face the realities of love and work at the turning point of their lives—age 35—while searching for a life that is true to themselves.

NON plays the role of Haruka Yamaji, a woman who works in the apparel industry while dreaming of becoming a musician and who feels anxious about her future.
When asked what she related to about the role, she said, “There’s a line that says, ‘Dying alone is inevitable,’ and I thought, ‘I do sometimes feel that way,’ so I found it interesting,” bringing the audience to its feet.

Their close bond with Naka and Fukagawa was particularly striking, and there was even a heartwarming anecdote about how they got so carried away discussing the old drama *Be Kind to People* during a break in filming that they were told to tone it down. Although the three of them reportedly felt a bit awkward at first, they’ve now hit it off perfectly.
At the end of the event, the three of them walked off the stage arm in arm, looking delighted, and displayed the same seamless chemistry seen in the show.

“Tokyo Middle 30” is finally set to premiere on Wednesday, July 22, at 10:00 p.m. We hope you'll all look forward to it!
