The theme of the second issue is “Here & There.”
Inside the magazine, a diverse lineup of writers—including novelists, film directors, and playwrights—weave stories that emerge from the intersection of “here” and “there,” and NON, who graces the cover, is featured in an interview. She also shares her thoughts on the film *Parallel and Vertical* and the TV drama *Tokyo Middle 30*.

“GOAT” is a literary magazine that covers various forms of literature, including not only novels but also poetry, tanka, and criticism.
“GOAT meets” was launched last year as a sister publication featuring a cross-genre lineup of contributors, based on the concept of “meeting writers, and writers meeting each other.”
