Last year, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the broadcast of "Amachan," a crowdfunding project "Run! GoGo" - Love, Genki, and Santetsu - to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the broadcast of "Amachan" last year, and today, April 8 (Sat), a departure ceremony was held for the wrapped train.

Other guests at the departure ceremony included Governor Tatsumasu of Iwate Prefecture, Mayor Endo of Kuji City, President Ishikawa of Sanriku Railway Company, and Chairman Yamamoto of Kuji Tourism and Products Association, who joined the people of Kuji in celebrating the completion and departure of the wrapped train.

The departure ceremony included a performance by the Kuji High School Mandolin Club and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

At the send-off of the first train, Non wanted to wave a big-catch flag dressed as a diver from the northern limit of Japan, so she wrapped a hachimaki around her kasuri hanten and waved a big-catch flag as she sent the train off.

 

This wrapped train will run on the Sanriku Tetsudo Rias Line as a regular train.
The train will run once a day on Saturdays and Sundays until October 1 at the following times.

Saturday: 12:07 from Kuji Station, 16:35 from Mori Station

Sunday: 8:03 a.m. from Mori Station, 12:34 p.m. from Kuji Station
